Edie has over 25 years of proven success in developing professionals, building teams and refocusing organizations, and making them adaptable and resilient while achieving exceptional results. As an architect of organizational change, she combines her skills as a strategic planner and customer advocate with her ability to inspire excellence in others.

Because Edie has had P&L responsibility as president of an $8 million company, is an active member of several nonprofit boards, and has led strategy, marketing, product development and line management organizations for companies such as Charles Schwab, AT&T and Working Assets, she understands firsthand the challenges faced by executives and teams. Throughout her career, Edie has been the “go to” person for demanding leadership assignments. Regardless of the organization or the function, Edie has repeatedly proven her ability to step in, build trust, assess the organization’s needs and create purpose-driven cultures of excellence.

Edie is a graduate of Stanford University and received her MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.  She has completed extensive training in coaching and related disciplines from Executive Coach Academy, Coaches Training Institute, New Ventures West and MIT’s Center for Organizational Learning.
