Edie Heilman brings her first-hand experience as a senior executive to supporting leaders in addressing their leadership challenges and achieving their goals.

As a former company president and Fortune 500 senior officer, Edie understands the strategic and operational challenges that business leaders face.  In addition to P&L responsibility, she has held senior positions in strategic planning, marketing, product development and line management divisions.

Today in her work with business and nonprofit executives, Edie serves as a confidential sounding board and strategic advisor.  In collaboration with her clients, Edie determines how to assess, design and deliver the most useful ways to help them develop themselves and their people so that they achieve their desired results and create positive, measurable change.

Although Edie usually works directly with her clients, she is part of a network of coaches and consultants with a range of leadership resources and global reach.
